FallFling 2013 Registration

IMPORTANT:
1) PLEASE PRE-REGISTER AND PRE-PAY!! Because there is limited parking space at Roxanna, any festivals there are capped at 100 attendees. The land just will not hold any more people and cars than that. Precedence will be given to those who have pre-paid; this includes day-trippers.
2) Directions will only be sent to those who pre-register. You may pay at the gate (if the cap of 100 people has not yet been reached when you arrive), but please let us know you'll be there. Also, we need to know how many to plan for, so we can have enough portapotties.

FallFling is intended for those who follow the paths of Pagans, Wiccans, Asatru, Native American spirituality, etc. It is open to newcomers and long-time practitioners alike, but not to the general public or its media.

Everyone who registers for FallFling must comply with the Rules listed on this website. Participants refusing to do so will be required to leave without refund. It is also expected that participants will comply with event site rules and secular laws.

Prices are per person (NOTE: Current price only good if payment accompanies registration)
WEEKEND FEE (Per person, for full 4 days, includes camping)
Adult = ages 18 and older (11-17 are half price; 10 and under and 2nd or more child are free):

PAYMENT POLICIES

1) PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR REDUCED ADMISSION!
The prices listed are firm, regardless of who you are or how well I know you. All admission fees, after paying for supplies including portapotties (VERY expensive!) will be going back into the land for further improvements. If you need a cheap price, pay before August 1.

2) PLAN AHEAD AND PAY AHEAD!
Plan ahead and pay ahead. The cost, if you pay before August 1, is $25. That's for 4 days of camping, workshops, rituals, etc. That's $6.25 a day. That's darn cheap! True, if you wait till later, you'll pay more. (The price is cheaper in the beginning to encourage more folks to pay early, so I'll actually have some $$ to pay for printing, portapotties, and other up-front expenses, which usually total about $1000. The price gets steeper to discourage people from waiting till the last minute!) And if you find you can't make it, you can get a refund (see Refund Policy below).

IF YOU PAY AFTER THE CAP OF 100 PRE-PAID ATTENDEES IS REACHED:
I will inform you via email, and you will have the option of a full refund, or having me hold your money until the festival and waiting to see if a attendance slot becomes available. If no slot opens up by the day the festival begins, you will be offered a full refund or you may apply your money to the next festival; you can request a full refund anytime within the waiting period.

Pre-Payment: To receive the current (cheap) price, all registrations must be accompanied by payment. Pre-payment is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED (it helps me to pay for expenses, printing, portapotties, toilet paper, etc.).

Gate Payments: Please pre-register! You may still pay at the gate (assuming there is still room under the cap of 100 attendees). All payments at the gate MUST BE CASH OR MONEY ORDER, and will be the full price of $50/weekend or $20/day, regardless of when you register! NO CHECKS AT THE GATE!

Deadlines: Please register by October 5, 2013 (if by mail) or October 9 (if by PayPal), so I have time to send you the Confirmation Flyer and add you to the gate list. To reiterate: If you plan to pay at the gate, you MUST email me your registration info (full name, address, phone, email, medical problems, kids attending, etc.) ahead of time, so I can place you on the gate list.

Refund Policy: If you can't make it to FallFling, you may call or email to request a refund (they won't be issued automatically). Refunds will be given in full until October 1, at a 50% rate until October 8; no refunds (or switching your admission to a later festival) if I'm notified after that time or if you just don't show up. If you decide to send someone else in your place, please let me know beforehand, so I can add them to the gate list and remove your name.
