2898 Georgia Highway 37

The Lodge at Turtle Lake is about 30 miles south of Albany, GA, and an hour or so north of Tallahassee, FL. GPS cannot seem to find it, so please follow the directions below.
From points north, go to Albany, GA. Take Hwy 19 south from Albany for 22 miles. When you get to Camilla, turn LEFT onto GA Highway 37 (there is a Walgreens on the near left side of the intersection as you turn, and a Shell station and a McDonalds on the far side.) Follow Hwy 37 for 5.7 miles, and look for the CST sign on the left. There is also a mailbox with the address, 2898. Turn in, follow the driveway as it curves left and then right, past the abandoned front porch, and on back to the cabin.
From points south, from Tallahassee, FL/I-20, take Hwy 19 (exit 225 off I-20) north through Thomasville and then Pelham, to Camilla. When you get to Camilla, turn RIGHT onto GA Highway 37 (there is a Shell station and a McDonalds on the near right side of the intersection as you turn, and a Walgreens on the far side.) Follow Hwy 37 for 5.7 miles, and look for the CST sign on the left. There is also a mailbox with the address, 2898. Turn in, follow the driveway as it curves left and then right, past the abandoned front porch, and on back to the cabin.
From points east, from Valdosta/Tifton/I-75, take Hwy 37 west (exit 38 off I-75 in Adel) through Moultrie. You will NOT go all the way to Camilla, but rather will look for the site on the right side of the highway, after going past a cemetery on the right and a crossroads and a log cabin. Total distance is 44 miles from I-75. Look for the CST sign on the right, and a mailbox with the address, 2898. Turn in, follow the driveway as it curves left and then right, past the abandoned front porch, and on back to the cabin.
