Moondance Volunteer Application Form

There are TEN (10) volunteer jobs that come with discounted admission, and TWO (2) staff jobs that come with free admission. These jobs are BY APPLICATION ONLY, not "first-come-first-served." If you have been granted a job in the past and did not do your job well (or even worse, didn't show up at all), you are not eligible for any other volunteer jobs at any point in the future. On the other hand, if you've done one of these jobs in the past and done it well, you stand a good chance of being granted one again. We will choose applicants on the basis of 1) dependability and 2) financial need. (Note: If you are vending, and therefore profiting from the festival, you do not qualify for discounted admission.) On all jobs, you must make your commitment to the job well ahead of time, be on-site during the entire time required for your job, stay in touch with us so we know we can count on you, and above all, show up and do your job and be where we can find you during the festival.

Your application will be reviewed by our staff, and a decision will be made as soon as possible, but by May 14 at the VERY latest (probably way before then, though). If you are chosen for the position, a link will be sent to you so you can register (if you haven't already done so) and to make your $15 payment. If you are *not* chosen, you will be eligible to register and pay at whatever the price was when you initially applied for the volunteer job (i.e., if you applied in February, but were not chosen and were notified of this in May, you will still be able to pay $30 to attend.)
